Job Type: Contract, with a potential temp-to-perm track
Schedule
- 8-hour shifts
- Flexibility to work all shifts, primarily 1st and 2nd shifts
- Occasional 3rd shift coverage may be required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical pharmacy services in an inpatient setting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize medication therapy
- Participate in medication review, reconciliation, and patient counseling
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
Desired Experience And Qualifications
- PGY1 residency preferred; candidates with ~2 years of current inpatient experience will be considered
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills
- Ability to pass a pharmacy competency exam (one attempt only)
- Successful completion of Livescan background check
- Willingness to engage in an on-site interview process
Contract Details
- Initial contract duration ranges from approximately 4 to 12 months
